Thank you for visiting Magical Balance Counseling, LLC.  I am Colleen Amundson, MS, NCC, LPC the owner of Magical Balance.  As a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ and PA with a decade of experience I provide therapeutic services to young adults and adults ages 18 and up. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University.  I have experience providing individual and group therapy working in hospital, partial care, and intensive in community settings. I am certified in telemedicine counseling, anxiety treatment, and dialectical behavior therapy. I also currently work as a clinical supervisor for those obtaining their professional license. I am dedicated to helping others and will always be honest within treatment.

 

I believe that the therapeutic journey is important in discovering who you are at the core. I believe that anything is possible if you are willing to put in the time and effort. I believe that life can always find a balance as long as we are open to the challenge. I believe that we are each magical in our own way and with just a little bit of guidance our magic can shine through.  I am an ally to all and offer inclusive, judgment free therapy.
